The objective of the Department of Administration and Centralized Support Services is to provide qualitative support to the ministry and centralized support services to the user Ministries and government offices and institutions.

The Department of transport is responsible for transport in the different modes, namely road, rail, air and sea.

The Department of works is responsible for the planning, provision, management and maintenance of government Buildings and related infrastructure.

The main function of DAAII is to ensure the safety of air travel, by conducting independent and impartial investigations into aviation accidents and incidents so as to prevent them from recurring.
